We are so glad you found your way here. We are a collective of New Zealand artists, makers and brands, located in Auckland that have gotten together to inspire and share our products with you and the world! 

WHO IS INVOLVED IN INTORIORS?

Freckled and Speckled came to fruition out of a desire to create with intention. Something beautiful, that is holistic and natural, and which serves a purpose. We create cold process soaps that are all natural, and focus on adoration from our garden.

We garnish our bars with herbs and flowers and set them with intention. Our founders have a connection to their spiritual and witchy roots, and with this in mind our core range pays homage to the effortless beauty and mystery of the deities of Irish folklore; you could say there is a god or goddess in each of us.

The Nightshade plant family while diverse, have alternate leaves, flowering and fruiting plants and can contain alkaloids. While pretty they are poisonous - and we think that's kind of beautiful. 

Nightshade is all about sharing our love of accessorizing for the soul. We are drawn to the light, the dark, the sparkly and the spiritual. We appreciate all natural inspiration, the ebbs and flows of the world. The moon cycles, the stars and the sea. We use these to inspire collate and create that all for you in our studio in Auckland.

September Flame’s Candle collection is inspired by natural fragrance that will fill any home with a beautiful aroma. Our candles are designed to suit and compliment any home with our natural soy colored candles and white label. All our candles are handcrafted and hand poured to order, meaning your candle is made for you.
The September Flame Bath bomb collection is inspired by relaxation and self-care. All our bath bombs are made with natural ingredients and are crafted by hand. They embody elegance and natural beauty with their fragrances and botanical elements, from florals, to orientals, all creating a different environment of relaxation.
